Absolute Haitian will bring its third-generation best-selling Haitian Mars servo-hydraulic injection molding machine to North America in the fall of 2021. The production line was first shown to plastic processors in the United States and Canada in a virtual event organized by Absolute Haitian in June.

Since its launch, the Mars injection molding machine series has sold a record 300,000 units. Absolute Haitian claims that the third-generation Haitian Mars III is more powerful and economical than its predecessors. According to the manufacturer, the Mars III series is equipped with mechanical, hardware and software upgrades, including a new generation of servo-hydraulic drives, to ensure accuracy and reliability in an energy-saving way. The clamping force of these machines is 67 to 3,709 US tons (600 to 33,000 kN).

Improvements to the injection unit include a speed increase of up to 19%, depending on the tonnage; a newly designed plasticized component; a more precise, more energy-efficient injection support and injection movement with a lower friction coefficient. The characteristic of the clamping unit is the pressure plate designed to concentrate the force to the mold; the graphite/steel bushing can provide better lubrication and prolong the service life of the device; and improve the repeatability of mold opening and closing.

Connectivity Plus enables open connection and easy integration of automated processes, units, and production lines with customers' integration partners.

Absolute Haitian also introduced the fast cycle version of the machine Mars III F. Mars III F is suitable for forming thin-walled parts, with an injection speed of up to 500 mm/s and a cycle rate of up to 19%. Time reduction.

Absolute Haitian will be exhibiting at Plastec West's booth 3955 this week. The exhibition will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California from August 10th to 12th.
